Why is yoga beneficial to children?

Experiencing yoga with your child allows you both the opportunity to bong and grow your spiritual practice, while moving together in a non-competitive, healthy environment. Within each class, we flow through warm-ups, standing poses, asana/play, winding down, and savasana (relaxation). And for 6 weeks, you get the opportunity to do yoga alongside other parents going through many of the same life events -- night nursing marathons, independent toddlers, or newborns with gas -- during our time together, we can find stillness amongst it all!
